PLEASE DON’T DUMP GARDEN RUBBISH (INCLUDING PRUNINGS, GRASS CUTTINGS ETC) IN THE CRANE!
Tempting though it may be to chuck old fences, paving, prunings and clippings etc into the Crane please don’t. As well as polluting our river and causing problems with navigation and boat engines, you can be prosecuted by The Environment Agency. Most owners of homes backing onto the Crane are Riparian Owners and have responsibilities, as well as rights, in relation to the river.
