RIVER CLEARING IS THIS SATURDAY!
The unmissable social occasion of the area is this Saturday, 19th June - a chance to celebrate our fabulous river, meet neighbours and have fun!
We are meeting for coffee at Carolyn and Richard’s at 89 Haliburton Rd (opposite the end of Heron Rd) and going off to clear the river from there. Children welcome under parental supervision and we will do some River Dipping if the weather permits.
Please bring a fishing net if you have one! River clearing means getting very wet: long trousers and sleeves are advised.
